She is passionate about supporting children in developing a positive mindset towards learning and helping students achieve success. Renee particularly enjoys literacy-based learning experiences and celebrates the achievements of her students in a warm and nurturing manner. She knows that each child possesses different strengths and areas for improvement, and she prides herself on seeing her students achieve success by delivering a program that is tailored to the specific needs of the individual.

Troy was a classroom teacher for 7 years before moving into School Leadership where he now supports classroom teachers to improve the educational outcomes of students from Prep to Year 6. He is passionate about using data to inform teaching and learning and has a comprehensive understanding of contemporary evidence-based education practises. He has a particular interest in the role that motivation and focus play in an a child’s education, and draws on this when working with teachers, students, and parents.
